How do you make gluten-free no bake cookies?

Gluten-free no-bake cookies use certified gluten-free oats as the base. All other typical no-bake cookie ingredients are naturally gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 3 cups Certified gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

    Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

    Combine sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk in a saucepan. Boil for 1 minute.

    Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
